Heart Opening Anger

I did a heart opening Kundalini Kriya sequence tonight. As much as I love Kundalini yoga, it really helps me feel my feels!

I was so angry after yoga, like I mean super angry. I was thirsty, Cash was making too much noice, Ian was making too much noice, life was too noisy! My body felt amazing! as usual after I finish yoga, but I was angry. I allowed myself about 5 minutes of this until I stopped myself. It's important that you feel your feels, the good, the bad, and the angry. But it is also important to let it go. I'm guessing this won't be my last angry feel... Even though I have been doing yoga for decades now, wow, I can't believe it has been that long! I really feel like a big change is coming...
